Apartment management software

Apartment management software for societies and RWAs

CHS Desk runs an apartment community the way the committee already works: a gate, maintenance collection, complaints, notices, and a register of flats — whether the building is a cooperative society or an RWA.

For an apartment association

An apartment community still has to know who lives in each flat, collect maintenance, let the gate know who is expected, and tell residents when the water is off. CHS Desk keeps those jobs in one system. The resident app is for the flat. The website is for the committee.

Visitor entry can be a Gate Register only, or wait for the flat when visitor management is on. Maintenance is billed by the society and paid by the resident, including UPI. Complaints stay on a trail instead of a chat thread. Notices go to the people on the register.

Where to go next

Visitor management, maintenance payments, complaints, and notices. If the building is a registered cooperative, the statutory books are described under cooperative housing society software.

One annual price covers the society. Residents are not charged per login. See pricing.
