Cooperative housing society software

Cooperative housing society software

CHS Desk is built for a cooperative housing society, not a generic apartment chat app. The committee desk keeps members, maintenance, funds, notices, and the records a secretary and treasurer already maintain.

CHS Desk society records and documents

What a CHS committee keeps here

Share certificate numbers sit on the member record. Owners and tenants are separate: tenants use the portal, and the owner stays on the register. A tenant NOC has a trail. Maintenance demands, receipts, the sinking fund, and the repair fund are part of the society’s accounts. The books follow the Maharashtra financial year, 1 April to 31 March.

AGM and SGM notices are published as society notices. The registration certificate and bye-laws live with the other society documents. Form I is the register of members under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules. Form J is the current list. J-1 and J-2 are the year-end active and non-active lists. Tenants are not shareholders on Form I. Those books are in the committee desk today.
