Digital notices for housing societies
CHS Desk is a housing society notice system. The secretary publishes the circular once. Residents read it on the phone. WhatsApp is available after the society connects a WhatsApp Cloud API number.
What gets published
Water shutdowns, circulars, AGM notices, and SGM notices go out from the committee desk. Residents see them in the app. The notice stays on the society record after the WhatsApp group has moved on.
WhatsApp sends use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. The secretary can use the CHS Desk platform number or the society’s own WhatsApp Business account. A utility template has to be approved in Meta Business Manager before a send succeeds. CHS Desk does not replace the members’ WhatsApp group, and it does not send WhatsApp until that connection is in place.
Meeting papers and bye-laws belong with society records. The app overview is the housing society app.
