Resident management
Resident and flat management
The member register is the list the gate, the bill, and the notice all use. CHS Desk keeps wings, flats, owners, tenants, parking, and the household on that flat.

Owners, tenants, and the flat
Create a wing or upload the member list. Each flat can record carpet area, parking, and whether the occupant is the owner or a tenant. A tenant registers for the flat, verifies their mobile, and uploads the rent agreement. That starts a review. The owner is notified, and an office bearer approves before a tenant login exists. The tenant sees the resident desk for that flat. They do not become the owner, and they do not see the share certificate.
Share certificate numbers are stored on the member record. For a Maharashtra cooperative society, shareholders belong on Form I. Tenants are not shareholders. The statutory books are described on cooperative housing society software.

Bills for these flats are under payments. The gate uses the same flats for visitor management.
