What is CHS Desk?
CHS Desk is housing society management software and an app. Committees run visitors, payments, notices, complaints, residents, and society records from one system. Residents use the phone and the resident portal for their own flat, including Community, Community Polls, and rent parking when the society has them on. A society can switch on Gate Register alone, or full visitor management with a ringer.
Is this another apartment app?
CHS Desk includes a gate and a resident app, and it also keeps the society’s maintenance demands, receipts, notices, and records. It is built for Indian housing societies, RWAs, and apartment associations.
Do chairman, secretary, and treasurer share one office?
Yes. Office bearers sign in to one committee desk. What they can see and change follows their post, so the treasurer has the books and the secretary does not need the bank.
Can residents see the society's accounts?
Residents see their own flat: bills, receipts, visitors, complaints, notices, Community, polls, and rent parking. They do not see the bank, petty cash, or other members' ledgers.
Do we have to switch everything on day one?
No. Name the society, add the register when you have it, and turn on only the services you need: maintenance, Gate Register, visitor ringer, complaints, notices, amenities, or documents.
How is CHS Desk priced?
One annual subscription for the society, based on the number of flats. Every plan includes the full desk. Residents do not pay separately. Up to 100 flats is ₹15,999 a year, 101–150 is ₹20,999, 151–200 is ₹25,999, and 200+ is quoted.
What is the Founding Society Offer?
Selected early societies can have the first-year subscription waived. The published prices are the commercial value of the desk. Ask us if your society should be considered.
