Neither. One annual subscription covers the whole society, priced by how many flats you have. Residents are not billed separately.
No software fee is charged to residents. They pay only their own maintenance to the society. The committee pays CHS Desk once a year.
Every plan includes the full desk: residents and flats, Gate Register, visitor management with the resident ringer, payments and receipts, notices, complaints, amenities, documents, and the resident and gate phones. Turn on only the modules the society uses.
Yes. If the society grows into the next flat band, write to us and we will apply that published annual price. There is no self-serve upgrade button on the desk today.
The listed prices are for one year. When that year is up, the society renews at the published price for its flat count, or writes to us. This website does not take a standing card mandate.
On the desk, residents can pay the society by UPI where the society UPI is set. The treasurer records cash, NEFT, and cheque. For the CHS Desk subscription itself, start a society or write to us — this page does not take card checkout.
